Daikin AC is pleased to announce the availability of certified efficiency data in accordance with ANSI/AHRI Standard 1230-2010, “Performance Rating of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Multi-Split Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Equipment” for the VRVIII PB Series. The VRVIII PB Series has been designed and optimized to meet/or exceed the latest minimum efficiency requirements in 10 C.F.R. Part 431 as determined by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and baseline efficiencies as defined by ASHRAE 90.1- 2010.
With this new efficiency data, Daikin’s VRV system has been validated as one of the most efficient heating and air conditioning systems available in the North American market, as well as the overall efficiency leader in the VRF category.
